1. Is it safe to have my data in Mobile Pronto’s platform?

Absolutely. Mobile Pronto's website and all applications are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and covered by our privacy policies. We will never sell or transfer your personal information to third parties.

2. Does Mobile Pronto work with all mobile carriers in the U.S.?

Yes. We have direct connections with all mobile carriers in the United States. (Please check here for a complete list of the carriers.)

3. Does Mobile Pronto work in countries outside the U.S.?

Yes. Mobile Pronto can be used on demand with any mobile carriers that are members of the Global GSM Alliance.

4. Does Mobile Pronto perform data backup?

Absolutely. We are prepared for any eventuality. We have real-time backup and restore procedures for the entire infrastructure of servers within our datacenter. All customer information is stored in a secure location and only accessible by the client. We allow no third-party access, and we guarantee complete security of the information stored in our databases.

5. What does SMS stands for?

SMS (Short Message Service) is a communications protocol. All text messaging, and all of Mobile Pronto's SMS applications, use SMS. These services allow for the exchange of short text messages (up to 160 characters) by mobile and wireless devices.

6. Do you have any affiliate programs?
